Brightpath Health builds digital tools that help clinics and patients manage care more easily. We are looking for a Product Designer to join our product team and help design intuitive, accessible experiences for both patients and healthcare staff. This role is fully remote, with the team based across Europe.
Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end product flows from research through to high-fidelity UI
Run user research and usability testing with patients and clinicians
Maintain and evolve our design system
Work closely with product managers and engineers to ship features
Requirements:
4+ years of product design experience, ideally in healthcare or a regulated industry
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking
Comfortable with Figma and collaborative design workflows
Strong written English, comfortable working async in a remote team
