Product Designer (Mid-Senior)

Description

Shape the next generation of our recruiter-facing product.

As our Product Designer, you'll work with a tight-knit, distributed team on problems that have real customer impact. We value craft, autonomy, and a bias toward shipping.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end design from research through delivery
• Partner closely with PM and engineering
• Maintain and evolve our design system

We offer competitive compensation, generous PTO, and remote-friendly working arrangements.
