Description

Help us scale the platform that powers thousands of recruitment workflows.

As our Senior Backend Engineer, you'll work with a tight-knit, distributed team on problems that have real customer impact. We value craft, autonomy, and a bias toward shipping.

What you'll do:

• Design and own backend services in Elixir/Phoenix
• Lead architecture discussions and mentor mid-level engineers
• Drive observability, testing, and deployment hygiene

We offer competitive compensation, generous PTO, and remote-friendly working arrangements.
